About API

The GetResponse integration allows you to import the email addresses of all your existing BigCommerce shop customers. Then as new customers join your shop list, BigCommerce adds their name and email address to your GetResponse email marketing list automatically.

Once you authorize your BigCommerce account in GetResponse Integrations, you can select custom fields for import and define the campaign. And you can switch contacts from one campaign to another easily.

That means you’ll be able to create GetResponse email marketing campaigns tailored for specific segments of your marketing list and use Intelligent Analytics to track results and tweak your offers — a perfect strategy for growing your business from within.

Note: Imported contacts receive a confirmation email and must click the link inside the email to be added to your GetResponse email marketing list.

Using API

To authorize the BigCommerce integration, locate your shop’s complete URL, username and API key, which can be found in your BigCommerce account under User > API path.

Enter the requested data in GetResponse under My account > Integrations and enjoy the automatic flow of information from one account to the other.

The system automatically imports up to 10,000 new email addresses every 7 days. After that, all new customers who register with your shop are added automatically to the GetResponse campaign of your choice.
